The Staff also usually does a good job removing aggressive or poor drivers from the track. The arcade and axe throwing is a nice addition and for the most part it’s a great time. The staff and employees are extremely friendly. If this does not happen, the business is not going to be successful and will go down hill. This place has potential to be top notch but it’s not going to happen unless more management/leaders are on the floor coaching and guiding the employees to offer excellent service. Again, she was not being productive & looking out for the customers. She credited us back the difference, but didn’t even bother putting up a sign on the machine that it was out of service. It kept taking our points from the card, at one point we had to ask an employee that while we were playing a game the machine turned off. After the race and VR experience, we walked over to the arcade for about 45-60 minutes and some of the machines were not even working. Appeared unhappy and did not make us feel welcome. All of the employees seem very unengaged and not professional. Eventually i walked over to let them know that we needed assistance since nobody had the common courtesy to walk over to a customer when they looked confused. The VR section (as we were instructed to do so at check in) and waited around 10 minutes for someone to show up, (mind you, there was 3-4 employees near the go karts that kept staring at us.

The prices are a little too high for just 1 quick race. We purchased the package deal (1 race + vr experience). Unfortunately my wife and I did not have a great experience visiting the location. The entire experience was just very organized and frustrating.

if you decide to go, i would recommend not making a reservation and go with someone who’s been there before. we ended up missing at least 30 minutes of our ax throwing. if we would’ve paid for everything that day, they could’ve given us one…. When my boyfriend went to ask for a refund, he was told they couldn’t refund it because we made a reservation. Stood there for about an hour asking what time it would be at and no one could give us a direct answer. when we went to ask when our race would be, we were told we missed it. We never received a text saying it was almost time for the race. She had to change it and said the race would be in about 20 minutes. she initially made it to where we would race at the same time the ax throwing would be. I went to check in, the girl seemed somewhat new because she kept having to ask for help. So I made a reservation at 5 pm for one race and ax throwing. I made a reservation about a week in advance because when i called to ask if i needed one, the girl told me she recommended i do so.
